We deliver Pakistan-wide, covering all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and many more. Remote areas may have extended delivery times.
Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 2–3 working days. Remote areas may require 4–5 working days.
There is no minimum order requirement. However, free delivery thresholds may apply — please check current offers on our homepage.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. After that, orders may already be in processing or dispatch. Please contact us immediately at +92 301 442 2222.
Payments
We accept bank transfers, online bank payments, and other digital payment methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. Cash on Delivery (COD) availability varies by region — please check at checkout.
Yes. Our payment gateway is secured and encrypted. We do not store your banking credentials on our servers.
Instalment options are currently not available but we are working on introducing flexible payment plans in the future.

We have both the imported and all seasonal local products.
We maintain strict quality checks at our sourcing and packing stages. Perishable items are handled with appropriate cold-chain care and dispatched promptly after order confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact us within 20 minutes of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement as applicable
