We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and Gujranwala. If your location is not listed, please contact us to confirm availability before ordering.
Delivery Timeframes
- Karachi: Same day
- Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad): 2–3 working days
- Other Urban Areas: 3–4 working days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 4–6 working days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery destination. Any applicable free delivery offers will be reflected automatically at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders outside Karachi are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Packaging
We take utmost care in packaging all orders to maintain product freshness and prevent damage during transit. Perishable items are packed with appropriate insulation and protective materials.
Order Tracking
For orders outside Karachi, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can use it to track your delivery status through our logistics partner’s portal.
